SwipeRich (“we”) operates swipe.rich. This policy covers the waitlist, marketing site, and the public DEMO swipe experience.
What we collect
- Email address when you join the waitlist (and optional demo OTP stub email on the profile tab).
- Referral code if you arrive via
?ref=or share your own link after signup. - Basic technical data (IP, user agent) may be logged with waitlist submissions for abuse prevention.
- Aggregate site analytics via Vercel Analytics (no selling of personal data).
- If you start a Stripe Checkout session in test mode, Stripe processes card details under Stripe’s privacy policy. SwipeRich does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To operate the waitlist, send early-access notices, attribute referrals, improve the site, prevent abuse, and run DEMO / test-mode checkout flows.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may use hosting/database providers to store waitlist emails and Stripe for test payments. We share data when required by law or to protect safety and rights.
Payments
The live site currently uses Stripe test mode only for DEMO bills. No live charges. Going live later is a key swap after legal and product gates — this policy will be updated before any live money movement.
